Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Yuki Kaiira! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Standard Orders: We ship worldwide from NYC, USA. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Made to order: Please allow 5-10 business days for any item listed under "made to order" to be shipped. Due to our items being handmade/upcycled and not manufactured, we require more time for the order to be made.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package. 

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on customs and location.

All Yuki Kaiira pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and handled with care. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
