Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and one-of-one nature of our pieces, Yuki Kaiira does not accept returns or refunds.

Damages and Issues: If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right. 

'Unique, Handmade Items.' Each piece is handmade and crafted from recycled or reworked materials. As a result, minor variations, natural imperfections, or signs of wear may be present. These are part of the character of the garment and not considered defects

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
